Hmmm...preeety sure I can get my prize mailed to bikenurse or greenbelt to deliver at final HH (it takes what, a week? We've got what, a week?), but I've had it on my desk since the Barista Championships.

Confirmed list of Pointless Prizes as of March 31

We will start the Pointless Prize award "ceremony" about 7pm. We have a stage and PA system, which will be disappointing to those of you who like balancing on a chair and screaming.
I will go first. From there it will be fluid. If you are awarding a PP, please station yourself near the stage so that you we can move from one prize to the next with celerity. No particular order; just hop up on stage as the opportunity presents itself.
Winners - unlike the Academy Awards, we do not expect you to make a speech. Just smile uncomfortably and exit stage left.

I think kwarkentien should have been recognized with a Good Samaritan prize. As described below, she performed what I consider to be the best kind of good deed of all ... one that benefited me. Though in retrospect, foregoing the kugel might have been a better idea.

Here's my very late entry. Dates back to our first "snow" of the season. Riding from the FMR Trail in Madison Manor over to Roosevelt Street, I was flagged down by a woman who was hopelessly lost while trying to deliver a kugel. Seems Arlington's penchant for streets that are discontinuous had bolluxed this poor lady as she was in the 1200 block of Quantico but needed to get to the 1000 block. So I offered to lead her there on my bike. I navigated around and about to connect over to the needed address and she told me I was a "mensch." This being Saturday, I wished her "Shabbat Shalom" and continued on my merry way. A little biking with a mitzvah.

You know, goyim. They have no idea what a struggle it is to find good kugel. They're all mishugenah.
