Default National Gravel Bike Sunday Challenge Century

This is a ride for May first. Ride at your own pace. I'll sweep. Maybe regroup at a winery near the end? Details to be determined...

I haven't ridden the biggest hill, Bust Head Rd. Looking at the profile, it looks as hard as it sounds. I have ridden the second biggest hill, Hopewell to Bull Run Mountain Road, it isn't very steep and Bull Run has the smoothest gravel I've ever ridden.

Your feet will get wet crossing Butchers Run at mile 20.

This ride will be hard! 70 miles of gravel takes as much time and effort as 100 miles paved. This route sticks to the ridge except for miles 14 through 38. In a word, HILLY!
