Heavy duty aluminum foil under your shoe inserts work well too. I tried that last winter, seemed to work ok. Also helps to keep the wind from coming through the bottom of the shoe.

I'm good for any night but Thursdays and FCC at Java Shack is always good if I can get out of bed early enough.
