Jessica how about meeting at the Anacostia Metro about 530-545. Riding the short distance to the rally...then we can ride with others again after the rally?

Agh. Good luck. I used to drive those roads and don't think they're bike friendly. There's an active Oxon hill bike club who may be able to help.
