It's a word play on the old British WWII slogan of "Stay Calm and Carry On". There are variations of it everywhere now it seems: Stay Calm and Run On, Pedal On, Drink On....you get the idea.

I have a "Pedal On" framed in my cubicle so I did a Google search and simply copied a picture to use as my avatar.
