Well at least you're only missing 1, we're missing 7 members… ughh…

Do captains have email addresses for their team members? If not that might be helpful?

I do, because I'm Registration Czar. You do, because you have access to the registrations. All the other team captains have been told to contact me to get e-mail addresses if they have missing members.

If you send me a PM with which members are missing, I'll get you e-mail addresses for them.

We are only missing one, but it's Pete.

It seems reasonable to provide the captains with email addresses so they can coordinate with their team members. But I realize this takes some doing. It is trivial for me once the Strava teams are complete; otherwise mapping forum usernames to real names in and then to teams from registration db is a little more involved.

On a total side bar we have a "Major Tom" at 120,000 feet and I think his circuit's dead.

We're missing one but since I don't have the strava name to forum handle decoder ring I can't tell you who.

I have the decoder ring, and have sent you a PM.

If you two need help, just send me a PM with the forum name of the person you're looking for.

Yeah, it would take some doing to extract that data for each team captain with the name of each team member. I've got the ability to extract data from the submissions pretty easily, but Sunyata added the team assignments after that, so it's not in there. I basically have to look up each team member, one at a time. However, if I can limit it to the people who are actually missing, rather than all team members, it takes a lot less time. I've given each team captain who has asked the actual name, e-mail, and Strava link for each missing person.

Not losing hope yet, but our last add has no miles for the year. If he/she isn't playing when do we start looking for subs?

You'll need to check with Sunyata or Amalitza on that. They are in charge of team assignments, including replacements.

Of course, we've got our entire team signed up, but two of them have no miles for the year. But they are both just late starters for different reasons.

Elske reached out to me this morning . She is having trouble getting strava to work for her. I
So she intends to play. I'll try to help her the best I can and if need be I'll reach out to hozn.

Glad you found her. I see that her miles are now showing up.

I have the ability to quickly extrapolate the registration data by teams (yay databases!) if a team captain needs the information. Just shoot me a PM and I will get it to you.
