First is a Saris Bones 2 bike 3 leg adjustable rack $50

Second is a Bell Hitch mount rack. I have only had this rack for a less than a year and have maybe used it 5 times. It is in great condition and has been garage kept. $75

I don't have a horse in the race here, but this is the best trunk rack you can buy and a great deal.

Note that not all racks fit on all cars. Saris provides some handy tools to check. http://www.saris.com/

I found this out the hard way. For me, it was not that the rack did not fit, but rather that my hatch was made of crabon or some other non-metallic compound.

It was only hard because I had to return it, not due to catastropic failure.
