Spring 2011 Employer Seminars: Capital Bikeshare (http://www.capitalbikeshare.com) Corporate, BikeBrand Your Biz, Bicycle Friendly Businesses, and Bike to Work Day

If your company or agency could use a little help in supporting biking, then have them send a representative to one of these free seminars hosted by goDCgo (http://www.godcgo.com), BikeArlington (http://www.bikearlington.com), and Arlington Transportation Partners (http://www.Arlingtontransportationpartners.com). Both seminars include breakfast and participants will receive a free one month membership to Capital Bikeshare (http://www.capitalbikeshare.com).

For companies located in DC:

goDCgo’s first seminar of 2011 will be all about bicycles: Capital Bikeshare corporate memberships, our very own BikeBrand Your Biz program and information on how you can gain national recognition for your organization through the League of American Bicyclists' Bicycle Friendly Business program.

Learn how to take advantage of a free bicycle rack installed by the District Department of Transportation, pick up DC bike maps and other transit resources from goDCgo and get some positive PR by getting your company's name on the Capital Bikeshare website. Best of all, the seminar is absolutely free!

Just a thought that might be of value for all here?

Liason with companies as to how to best implement the bike commuting tax credit. Seems as though it's hard to get any buy-in from HR or accounting folks since for the most part it affects such a small subset of their employee base.
