I received the following this morning:
W&OD will be closed at 5 am on February 23 and reopening the following day between Carlin Springs Road and the Bluemont Junction Trail. Four Mile Run Trail, a parallel trail on the other side of the stream, is available. Please follow the detour signs.
Date: Feb. 23 (Wednesday)
Time: Beginning at 5:00am, continuing for 24 hours
Location: Just north of N. Carlin Springs Road, adjacent to Bluemont Park (W&OD mile marker 3)
Reason: Overhead work on power lines

In case of rain: Work will take place the following day, Thursday, instead.
