View Full Version : "My Stations" function on CaBi website no longer works - just me??

Hi there - I don't use Spotcycle app, but I do check via web browser. It seems that the "My Stations" functionality of selecting favorite CaBi stations no longer works. When logged in, I can add my stations, and they appear normally, but then after logging out and logging back in, they all disappear and none are shown.

Emailed 'customer service' several times, but it's been months. Is it just my account or are other CaBi members experiencing the same.

I just tried it out for the first time in several months. The list of My Stations is blank. I had added several locations a couple years ago. I don't use the feature that often. I just browse to the main map and click on stations, partly because it's easier to check on alternate stations if one station is full or empty.

I have noticed that the station map does not show up at all when I'm logged in. Something about the https (instead of http) that seems to be causing a problem. This has been going on for a while, but it's easy enough to work around it. I just log out and then the "http" map shows up as it's supposed to. It's only a minor annoyance so I've just ignored the issue. I have the Station Map page bookmarked in my browser. When I check the CaBi website, that's the page I look at most frequently. If I need to check my bike rentals or other info, then I'll log in. Otherwise, I look at the station map without logging in.

Yup, I noticed the exact same thing about a month ago (can add my stations, but then when you log back in they're gone). Since I mainly use the Spotcycle app, I didn't bother reporting it.
