Stream Restoration on WOD

Does anyone know if the crew doing the stream restoration along the WOD between Hunters Mill and Vienna is aware of BTW next week?? Currently they are diverting all traffic off the WOD onto the horse trail that runs parallel to it for about 1/3 of a mile. No big deal now, but with a couple of hundred extra part time riders, it could get messy. If they could just put their start off til 9 am and leave the trail open until then it could avoid a significant amount of teeth gnashing.

Who should we talk to about this??

Non-issue. I emailed FABB who put me touch with the people in charge of the project and they have agreed to delay the start of their work day on Friday until 9AM
