Those three organizations have their logos displayed at the top of each page, but the icons do not include hyperlinks. I think it would be a good idea to add hyperlinks so that visitors have easy access to those important local bike websites.

The icons are far enough away from the other navigational links that people wouldn't accidentally switch sites when they intended to remain on the BikeArlington Forum site. The forum has a lot to offer but sometimes visitors may want to look up the local bike maps, a list of current bike events, etc.

In turn, if those other sites do not have corresponding hyperlinks to the forum, then they should.

Anyway, I think this would be a good idea.

The problem is that vBulletin only allows for there to be one hyperlink for the "image" in that space. When the forum was just BikeArlington run, we did link it to the BA site. When we joined with the other two organizations, we had to create one image that had all three logos in it and couldn't add three hyperlinks.

Anyone have any suggestions for getting around that?

Not too sexy, but the images could link to a single splash page that talks briefly about each of the 3 orga and then offers links to each.

Or maybe traditional text-based hyperlinks located near the image. Maybe just off to the right of the image? There could be a small list of the names of the three groups as text hyperlinks.

Create it as a mapped image

If you can insert custom javascript with vBulletin you could basically do a "find and replace" of the anchor/image with custom HTML that has three images and link. Bit of a hack though.
