I don't know what time the Roosevelt Bridge shot was taken, but I didn't see a single cyclist on my ride to the event (started at 6:30 am in the pouring rain) between the W&OD/Custis intersection, across the Roosevelt Bridge and past the White House until I turned on 15th St.

Last October we went early and froze to death. We slept in and were heading across the bridge at 0750. We encountered 3 others on the bridge. The start area at 14th & Penn was pretty well packed, but moving efficiently.
