No Streetlights on Custis Trail between George Mason and Harrison

Does anyone know why the streetlights are out on the Custis Trail between George Mason and Harrison Streets? I've reported it to Arlington DES and to the Arlington Trails coordinator with no response. Has anyone else reported this?

Last I heard, the reports had been submitted to Dominion Power and we are just waiting for them to get on it...
