A 25 mile route (https://connect.garmin.com/modern/course/18578031) starting at 6:30 am hitting Fairlington, Shirlington, Carlyle, Old Town, Del Ray, Crystal City, Rosslyn, Ballston, EFC, and Falls Church.

Just be sure to get food before the Falls Church stop. In the past, none there for the unwashed masses.

Dont they provide you with sufficient soylent green at your law firm?? Or do you K Street people have to rely on street hand outs?

Fairlington has Great Harvest Bread sponsoring, Shirlington has Best Buns, Old Town usually has donuts, and Carlyle is sponsored by pretty much everyone (http://www.biketoworkmetrodc.org/archives/1134). So we should be pretty well fed before we even hit Arlington...

Whoops. I always forget. I live .5 miles away from Shirlington, but live in Alexandria so I just assume everything is Alexandria.
