New section of the Anacostia River Trail -- From Bladensburg Waterfront Park to DC

New trail section now finished between the Bladensburg Waterfront Park and the DC line. When DC finishes its part of the trail, this trail connection will be a superhighway for bike commuters between Prince Georges County and Washington DC. But for now, just a very nice rec trail.
