It sounds great, except that it starts about an hour too late. I get off work at 4:00.

In addition to the happy hour at Heavy Seas, there are also happy hours at Lyman’s Tavern (3720 14th St NW) and Piazza Beer Garden (7401 Woodmont Ave, Bethesda, MD).
