What color is the 2016 BTWD t-shirt?

The BTWD website home page is yellow...which leads me to believe the swag t-shirts will be yellow this year...or is the website always yellow?

If the t-shirt is yellow this year I'll be happy because it's a great visibility color for biking.

I kinda like it. The orange one from last year ended up as a grease rag, but that was also partially because the cotton was scratchy. (Yes, I'm a delicate effing flower, whatevs.)

Thanks huskerdont. So it's gray/grey with yellow print. Ugly. Ok. Yes last year's construction worker orange tshirt was ugly too. Scratchy cotton. My favorite so far was the 2013 turquoise :)

Pshaw! I actually like the charcoal grey they will be using (it's my 2nd favorite color after royal purple and before turquoise, both of which go well with charcoal grey). The yellow is okay, but I figure it's necessary because it'd be boring if it were white and unreadable/obnoxious with any other color. At the very least, it brings variety to the BTWD shirt collection.

Even if every day is Bike to Work Day for you, it's important to register for your local pit stop. Registration numbers are used to support the growing need for improved bicycle infrastructure. By signing up, you're telling the world that biking matters! (plus there's free snacks and stuff)

The shirt seems nice. It felt soft. Unfortunately, right when the woman was going to give it to me, some officious person came over and said they weren't open for 15 minutes. It was 6:20 and I had to get to work, so I didn't get one. I was almost annoyed, but I don't really need a shirt, and when I went to La Colombe later, the guy gave me a free bag of coffee, and I do need coffee.

Not sure I'll bother to sign up in future years though. I bike to work every day and am counted by the counters, so there's no point to signing up when I go by Rosslyn before they're open.

Yes, that stop was open from 6:30 to 9:00. I think the volunteers were still being given instructions when you rolled by. Next year, come early and you can help set up the stop!

You should sign up in the future so that you are counted regionally. The Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments (which is the group that puts on the event doesn't necessarily look at Arlington counter numbers) in the way that Arlington does.

If you still want a shirt, you can stop by New District this afternoon to get one, or come by the BikeArlington offices in Rosslyn. They are plush.

I picked up an enormous Adult Medium this a.m., but my young fashion police would flip if I actually wore it...

I should say thanks. Sick dog has to go to the vet this afternoon, so as much as I love New District and beer in general, I'll have to give it a miss. No biggie anyway. I'll drink a beer later, and I have enough shirts not to go nekked.

Actually it had to do with taking a group picture - and the mass of dull grey t shirts just disappeared into the background. Quite literally. One guy in our group is in a shadow and I could not adjust the light to get him to show up.
